    Guide to participate in the Group Buy

    1 - Place order via shopify and check out with PayNow within the GB period. Check our links site for the ETA - https://linktr.ee/le.bambini
    Note: ETA only starts counting after GB ends!

    2 - Once GB ends, orders will be consolidated and placed with the supplier for items to be shipped out. In the event of OOS, amount paid will be refunded.
    Note: Please provide us with your phone no. so that we can do PayNow refund in the event of OOS or to receive SMS mail tracking.

    3 - Parcel will be mailed out only after host received the items, check on quantities and conditions and have them repacked for mailing. Please make sure you have provided the correct email, phone no. and address.

    4 - (Ready-Stock) Items should normally be received in 3 - 5 working days.

    5 - (Group-buy) items lead time will be indicated at the product page.

    Important Note
    For any changes in the order, please inform the GB host before GB closes. Can either Whatsapp the host (contact can be found via our link site) or drop us a message via shopify, we will check and reply accordingly.

    Terms & Conditions

    • Strictly no cancellation of orders once GB closes.

    • For any items that is Out Of Stock (OOS) as informed by the supplier, participant will have the amount refunded.

    • Slight dents/damage to the items is accepted, this could be due to poor handling of items during shipping/logistics. (Would like to seek your understanding on this)

    • For items that are badly damaged (but usable) or beyond usability, partial or full refunds may be given after discussion with supplier. Host will inform the respective party with final outcome of the compensation and this cannot be disputed.

    • Items are considered as final sales and are not eligible for return/exchange.

    • For any items purchases, child supervision is always required. Only participate in GB at your own comfort level.
